Safety & Maintenance Guidelines

• System Voltage Verification: Ensure your ESC, PDB, and motor setup are fully rated for 12S high voltage (44.4V nominal, 50.4V fully charged) prior to connection.

• Charging Protocol: Always use a 12S-compatible dedicated LiPo Balance Charger. Do not exceed a 1C charge rate (4.5A) and never charge above 4.20V per cell (50.4V total). Never leave charging packs unattended.

• Prevent Over-Discharge: Land immediately when individual cell voltage reaches 3.5V under load. Never allow cell voltage to drop below 3.2V per cell (38.4V total pack voltage) to prevent permanent chemical damage.
