FAQ

1. What is the typical lifespan of an Ovonic LiPo battery?

With proper care (avoiding over-discharge, storage at 3.8V per cell, and moderate charging rates), Ovonic LiPo batteries typically last 150-300 cycles before significant capacity degradation occurs.

2. How should I charge my Ovonic LiPo battery for optimal performance?

We recommend charging at 1C (e.g., 1A for a 1000mAh battery) using a balanced LiPo charger. Avoid fast charging above 2C unless specified, as it may reduce battery longevity.

3. What safety precautions should I take when using LiPo batteries?

Always:Use a fireproof LiPo bag when storing.Never leave charging batteries unattended.Store at 3.7V–3.8V per cell if unused for >48 hours.Avoid puncturing, crushing, or exposing to extreme heat.

4. What does the "C-rating" mean, and what is Ovonic’s discharge rate?

The C-rating indicates discharge capability (e.g., 50C = 50x capacity). Ovonic LiPo batteries offer 50C–200C burst rates, ideal for high-power applications like drones and RC cars.

5. Why is my LiPo battery swelling? Is it still safe to use?

Swelling indicates gas buildup from overcharging, over-discharging, or physical damage. Stop using it immediately—swollen batteries are a fire risk and should be safely disposed of.

6. What voltage range should I maintain for my LiPo battery?

- Max voltage per cell: 4.2V (never exceed).Min safe voltage: 3.0V (3.2V+ recommended for longevity).Storage voltage: 3.7V–3.8V per cell.

7. Which connectors do Ovonic LiPo batteries use?

Common options include XT90, XT60, XT30, EC5, EC3, Deans (T-plug), TRX, IC5, JST, BT2.0, and Bullet connectors. Check the product specs or contact us if you need a custom connector!

8. Which countries qualify for free shipping, and what carriers are used?

Free shipping is available for orders shipped to Germany, France, Italy, and Spain via DHL, DPD, or GLS. For other EU countries and the UK, weight-based shipping fees apply. Check our Shipping Zones for carrier-specific delivery times.

9. How long does delivery take, and where do orders ship from?
