We plan to ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Ampow.com ship items from the United States, Canada, Europe, UK Warehouse. Some restrictions apply based on destination and shipping methods.

Shipping charges are displayed at the time of checkout. Ampow.com selects and may change default shipping carriers at any time with or without notice.

Ampow is free shipping to USA/Canada/England on order over US$69.

Special Notice:

1.The Default EU Warehouse including two EU warehouse ,so the order from EU warehouse maybe devided into two parcels

2.While most packages are delivered within in shipping time showing on our store(pls note it is business days). But in some instances, delays may have been experienced due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery times are not guaranteed.

3.After you place an order, we will process your order within 1-2 working days(don't include weekend). However, during holidays or unexpected surges in order volume, it may take longer for us to send your order.

Please be sure to reconcile the number of boxes shipped with the number of boxes received.For E-mate FBA parcels, on occasion carriers may deliver boxes separately, so if you have not received all the order goods, you can directly contact us for verification.
We ship your order by E-mate FBA or the third-party authorized channel providers for delivery, the tracking number will generally be updated within 1-3 days after the order is placed, so just be patient to check ,Due to some special circumstances, the logistics time limit may also be delayed.
Tracking Updation

There have several methods to track your parcels or feel free to contact us. 






E-mate and/or the carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package.

Damaged Shipments

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur. You’d better to take some picture to show us ,so that we can confirm  the specific details more directly.


We process orders normally on weekdays. We hope that you can understand that orders may not be processed in time on weekends.
